By: ryan, on December 5, 2018 Pros: Cons: "These tires are extremely difficult to fit, purchased them in January of this year and have had a puncture almost every week since, cycle on the weekdays on a smooth bike path along a canal, only time i come across glass or debris is durring the five minute ride to join the bike path or when crossing a single road, can not recommend these tires at all, perhaps im just unlucky, tires are littered in wholes and scrapes.

I strongly recommend them, they are a bit expensive but the punctures cost me much more in the long run! They also improved my feeling of the surface, as someone said that his ride is "harder" as the tyres are, but that is not true. If amything, they even made it more comfortable.

Sims "SimseyUk", on May 6, 2011 Pros: Cons: "I got a Boardman Hybrid earlier this year and the stock tyres while very fast running are very thin and prone to punctures .....a lot of puntures.. it was getting me down.flints and thorns being the main culprit I bought a pair of Schwalbe marathon plus from my local bike shop, I've always used these on my hybrids and always feel confident that they won't let you down ( litterally!!) for all my might I couldn't make them stay on ... any more than 50 psi and the bead would disengage and the tube...
